When will I receive my Order?
The majority of orders ship out within two to four (2-4) business days of cleared payment. From there, delivery time will vary depending on your selected shipping method. If your order ships via the United States Postal Service, it will usually be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location relevant to our fulfilment centre in Las Vegas, Nevada. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, unfortunately, because that is, ultimately, dependent on the mail carrier. Below are the common time frames for most orders most of the time, broken down by payment method:

Check: Most paper check orders will be marked Paid by 4:00 p.m. CST the same day the check is deposited; however, we cannot predict how long itll take USPS to get the check to us. Paper checks take 3-5 business days to clear with our Billing Department from the date on which they are marked Paid. Once cleared, most paper check orders ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on shipping method, paper check orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

ACH: ACH orders will be marked "Paid" within 24 business hours of order placement. ACH payments take 3-5 business days to clear with our Billing Department from the date on which they are marked "Paid." Once cleared most ACH orders ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on the shipping method, ACH orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

Credit/Debit Card: Most credit/debit card orders will be marked Paid within 24 business hours of order placement. Credit/debit card payments clear immediately, and most of these orders ship within 2-4 business days of cleared payment. Depending on the shipping method, credit/debit card orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

PayPal: Most PayPal orders are marked Paid almost instantly upon order placement and clear immediately upon being marked Paid. Most PayPal orders ship within 2-4 business days of cleared payment. Depending on the shipping method, PayPal orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

What should I do if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with?

We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will return to Bullion Store for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact Bullion Store at +61 435 00 4653 within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

In the event, however unlikely, that your order is lost during transit we ask that you contact Bullion Store immediately. Once you contact us, we can begin the claims process. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you have a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) from the anticipated delivery date to contact us regarding orders that were lost during transit. If your items cannot be recovered, you are entitled to a reimbursement. Assuming you contact us within 3 days (72 hours), you are entitled to a full reimbursement of your loss in accordance with the specific shipper's insurance policy.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

Though unlikely, if your order is damaged during transit and/or any items are missing we require you to contact Bullion Store immediately so we can begin the claims process. If you have taken possession of a shipment that is damaged and/or is missing items, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to contact us as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to U.S. addresses (including P.O. Boxes and APO addresses).

Is my package insured while in transit?

Bullion Store fully insures all of its shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, it will be covered by our insurance policy? However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery services to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or if you have given the carrier instructions to leave your package with anyone other than the addressee. This includes but is not limited to a building manager, neighbour, a business mailroom, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc, The UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, etc. Additionally, we will not assume responsibility for packages that are signed for by apartment/complex building management, a business mailroom, the Military Postal Service or any person(s) that are not the addressee listed on the order.

When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
